Cancellation Policy

CYNEFIN – Yoga at Rest Bay aims to provide a flexible and supportive service while ensuring fairness and sustainability for both participants and organisations. The following policy outlines cancellation terms across all session types. 1. General Approach Sessions are planned and prepared in advance, including equipment provision, travel, and setup Cancellations impact scheduling, availability, and business operations This policy is designed to balance accessibility with commitment 2. Paid Public Sessions Payment is required in advance to secure a space Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice may be: Transferred to another session, or Refunded at the discretion of CYNEFIN Yoga Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable 3. Free / Donation-Based Sessions Many CYNEFIN sessions are offered free of charge or on a donation basis to support community wellbeing Donations are non-refundable, including where: A participant cancels A session is cancelled by CYNEFIN Yoga due to: Adverse weather Instructor illness Safety concerns Where possible, alternative dates or sessions may be offered 4. Corporate & Care Home Sessions (Standard Rate) Corporate sessions are booked and agreed in advance A minimum of 7 days’ notice is required to cancel or amend a session Where less than 7 days’ notice is given: 50% of the session fee will be charged 5. Corporate & Block Booking Agreements Block bookings (e.g. 4, 8, or 12-week programmes) are agreed as a commitment to a structured wellbeing programme If a session within a block is cancelled with less than 7 days’ notice: 50% of the session fee will be charged If a company chooses to terminate a block booking agreement early: No refund will be provided for any sessions already agreed and scheduled within the booking period 6. Cancellation by CYNEFIN Yoga In the event that CYNEFIN Yoga needs to cancel a session, the following will apply; Paid sessions: A rescheduled session or alternative date will be offered Block bookings: Sessions will be rearranged where possible Free/donation sessions: No refunds will be issued on donations Alternative sessions may be offered where feasible 7. Outdoor Weather Policy Outdoor sessions are subject to weather conditions Safety is always prioritised Decisions to cancel will be made as early as possible 8. Agreement By booking or attending a session with CYNEFIN Yoga, , , participants and organisations agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
