This summer, connect with the coast and find your community through coastal yoga and mindfulness. Whether you’ve spent the morning cycling the headlands, running the shoreline, or simply walking with the wind, our circle is open to you.

Following the incredible success of our beach and coastal yoga sessions, we have officially transitioned into our regular weekly rhythm!

You can now join the CYNEFIN circle every single Wednesday evening at our indoor home: Porthcawl Town AFC (Lock's Lane).

Dynamic Yoga Flow – All Levels: Wednesdays | 6:30pm–7:15pm (45 mins) £8.50 per session
 

Relaxing Hatha Flow - Wednesdays | 7:30pm–8:30pm (60 mins) £9.50 per session

Combined Booking Option - Wednesday Wellbeing Evening: Attend both sessions for

£16 combined booking.

A welcoming 6-week beginner yoga programme designed to help you build confidence, understanding and a sustainable yoga practice.

 

Learn the fundamentals of movement, breathing and relaxation in a supportive environment where no previous experience is needed.

Perfect for: Beginners, returners to yoga, and anyone wanting to build strong foundations.

Porthcawl Runners & Walkers: Join us for a 30-minute warm-up session from 8:15 AM – 8:45 AM on Saturdays @ Cosy Corner, Porthcawl.

It's the perfect way to prep your body for your run, wake up the mind, and kickstart your weekend with fun, friendship, and that brilliant community vibe.

Accessible & Inclusive

Accessible & Inclusive Care Yoga should be available to everyone. We take pride in offering specialised support for our community. 

 

Seated Wellbeing: Gentle chair-based yoga for those with limited mobility or those recovering from injury.

 

Carer Support Sessions: A dedicated space for carers to pause and find their own sense of calm.

 

Stress & Anxiety Management: Focused breathwork (Pranayama) Yin & Yoga Nidra to support mental health.
